Our Project Order Process
From concept to installation — smooth, structured and reliable.
We review the operator’s brand standards, the designer’s drawings and the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) schedule. A dedicated project director is assigned on day one.
Shop drawings, material specifications and 1:1 detail studies, coordinated directly with the interior design studio until every item is signed off.
Furniture prototypes for guestrooms and public areas are produced, photographed and sent for client approval. No batch production without a signed-off sample.
Production starts across our Foshan workshops, with the production schedule set against the delivery date.
Custom container loading, sea and inland freight logistics and customs clearance. We carry the cargo risk until the container reaches its destination.
Our own crew unpacks, places and dresses every item room by room, handing over a fully styled, photo-ready property.

▸What types of projects can you handle?
Hotels and resorts, serviced apartments, villas and residential developments, restaurants, offices, retail and mixed-use projects — from a single floor or guestroom prototype to a full-property FF&E package.
▸Can you manufacture from our drawings and BOQ?
Yes. CAD drawings, renderings, specifications, material requirements or a BOQ are enough to start. Our engineering team prepares shop drawings and material specifications for confirmation before production.
▸Do you provide samples before batch production?
Yes. Prototypes, material and finish samples are produced for approval. Batch production only starts once the sample and the approved specifications are confirmed.
▸What is your standard lead time?
Lead time is confirmed once drawings, materials and samples are approved, and depends on quantity, materials and finishes. Delivery is scheduled against the project programme, and fast-track schedules can be reviewed for renovation works.
▸Is there a minimum order quantity?
Project orders are quoted by scope rather than a fixed minimum quantity. Different product categories can be combined in one container to reduce shipping cost.
▸How are products packed and protected?
Export-grade packaging is used: foam, corner protection and reinforced cartons, with wooden crates for fragile or oversized items. Items are labelled by area, room and item code so they can be located on site.
▸Do you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. FOB, CIF and door-to-door arrangements can be quoted according to the destination. Container loading, sea or inland freight and customs documentation are coordinated with the delivery schedule.
▸Do you provide installation support?
Installation drawings, technical guidance and remote support are provided. On-site installation is arranged according to the project location and the scope agreed for the programme.
