Located in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell is a boutique hotel inspired by the city’s local culture and character. The property includes guestrooms and suites, a lobby, restaurant and bar, and meeting and event spaces. Craftell Home provided fixed furniture and custom millwork tailored to the functional and design requirements of each area, coordinating dimensions, construction, materials, and finishes with the hotel’s overall interior design while supporting daily hotel operations and frequent use.

The supply scope covered fixed furniture and custom millwork for guestrooms and suites, lobby and public areas, restaurant and bar, and meeting and event spaces. Products were custom manufactured according to the design drawings, dimensions, and functional requirements of each area, with coordinated materials, finishes, construction, and detailing to maintain consistency with the overall interior design.

Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The project required customized fixed furniture and millwork for guestrooms and suites, lobby and public areas, restaurant and bar, and meeting and event spaces. Based on design drawings and site conditions, Craftell Home refined dimensions, construction, materials, finishes, and detailing to coordinate with the hotel’s overall interior design while supporting durability and practical use in daily hotel operations.
Guestrooms & Suites — Fixed cabinets, wardrobes, headboard elements, and other custom millwork were developed according to the dimensions and functional layouts of the guestrooms and suites. Dimensions and construction were refined to integrate storage and functional requirements while coordinating materials and finishes with the overall room design.
Lobby & Public Areas — Fixed furniture, reception-area elements, feature millwork, and storage units were customized according to the visual and functional requirements of the lobby and public spaces. Proportions, materials, and finish details were carefully coordinated to create a consistent visual language throughout the areas.
Restaurant & Bar — Bar counters, fixed cabinets, service units, and other custom millwork were developed according to the layout and operational requirements of the restaurant and bar. Construction, materials, and surface finishes were selected to support frequent use while allowing practical day-to-day maintenance.
Meeting & Event Spaces — Fixed furniture and custom millwork were developed according to the functional layouts of the meeting and event spaces, including fixed cabinets, feature millwork, and related service elements. Dimensions, construction, and materials were customized to accommodate different event settings and daily hotel operations.
