Mattress height, support core, comfort layers, surface quilting, edge reinforcement, and firmness can be configured according to project positioning, user requirements, usage frequency, performance specifications, and budget. Available materials include pocket springs, support springs, foam, latex, cotton, wool, horsehair, and quilted fabrics. The mattress construction, material combination, density, thickness, and comfort level are confirmed during sample approval, with the approved sample serving as the standard for volume production and quality inspection.
