Project Scope & Product Supply
Craftell Home provided custom furniture for the villa’s living room, dining room, bedrooms and other principal living spaces, together with mattresses, decorative lighting and custom rugs. The dimensions, proportions, materials, colours and finishes of the furniture were tailored to the interior design, layout and functional requirements of each space. The mattresses were selected according to the bedroom configurations and comfort requirements, while the decorative lighting and custom rugs were coordinated with the furniture arrangement and overall colour palette, creating a consistent and cohesive visual identity throughout the residence.
Note: All furniture is tailored to the spatial conditions, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and long-term performance, and remaining consistent with the overall interior design concept.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The villa follows a bright, natural and minimalist contemporary design language, combining off-white, light grey and warm timber tones with natural stone, refined metal details and soft textiles. Craftell Home coordinated the custom furniture, mattresses, decorative lighting and custom rugs according to the dimensions, natural light and functional requirements of each space, ensuring harmony with the architecture and surrounding landscape.
Contemporary Natural Aesthetic — Clean lines, soft silhouettes and a low-saturation neutral palette allow the furniture to complement the floor-to-ceiling glazing, abundant natural light and surrounding greenery, creating a bright and comfortable residential atmosphere.
Furniture Proportions and Spatial Planning — The modular sofas, lounge chairs and coffee tables were configured according to the scale of the open-plan living areas, providing generous seating while maintaining clear circulation and uninterrupted views between the interior and outdoor spaces.
Coordinated Materials and Colours — Off-white upholstery, warm timber, natural stone and refined metal details create a cohesive material palette. The expressive stone dining tabletop contrasts with the softly upholstered dining chairs, adding texture and visual depth.
Comfort System and Upholstery — The sofas, lounge chairs, dining chairs and beds feature upholstered construction and comfortable filling suitable for residential use. Mattresses were selected according to the bedroom configurations and comfort requirements, providing balanced support and lasting performance.
Coordinated Decorative Lighting — Contemporary branching and linear lighting designs create focal points in the living and dining areas. Their dimensions, suspension heights, metal finishes and lighting effects were coordinated with the furniture arrangement and proportions of each space.
Custom Rugs and Detail Integration — Rugs were customized to suit the dimensions of the seating groups, beds and furniture arrangements. Their soft colours and subtle textures help define each functional area while visually connecting the furniture, lighting and overall interior palette.
