Project Overview
Lenovo’s Middle East, Türkiye and Africa (META) Regional Headquarters is located in Al Majdoul Tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, serving as a regional hub for Lenovo’s strategy and operations across the META region. The headquarters occupies a dedicated office floor designed to support corporate work, management, collaboration, and regional business operations. Craftell Home provided customized office furniture solutions for reception areas, lounge areas, workplace areas, and meeting areas, based on the spatial conditions and functional requirements of each zone.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The supply scope covered customized office furniture for different workplace and collaboration areas within Lenovo’s regional headquarters, including workspaces, meeting and discussion areas, and lounge and collaboration zones. Furniture was customized according to the spatial dimensions, functional requirements, and usage of each area, with dimensions, materials, construction, and finishes coordinated to maintain consistency throughout the workplace.
Note: The project focused on workplace and collaboration areas within the regional headquarters, with customized furniture developed according to the functional requirements of each zone. The coordinated solution covered workplace, meeting, and lounge furniture, supporting daily operations, business meetings, and team collaboration while maintaining a cohesive and professional corporate environment.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The project required customized office furniture for four key areas within Lenovo’s regional headquarters: reception, lounge, workplace, and meeting areas. Furniture was developed according to the spatial dimensions, functional requirements, and usage of each area, with coordinated dimensions, forms, materials, and finishes to support workplace efficiency, corporate presentation, comfort, and overall design consistency.
Workplace Configuration — Workstations, desks, and supporting seating were customized according to the spatial layout and working requirements, balancing productivity, circulation, and efficient use of space.
Meeting & Discussion Areas — Meeting tables, chairs, and related furniture were coordinated according to the dimensions and functions of different meeting and discussion areas, supporting various forms of business communication.
Lounge & Collaboration Areas — Lounge sofas, lounge chairs, and coffee tables were configured for informal meetings and team collaboration, creating comfortable and flexible spaces for interaction.
Material & Finish Coordination — Materials, colors, finishes, and detailing were coordinated across the furniture range to complement the overall interior design and maintain visual consistency.
Functionality & Ergonomics — Desk heights, seating dimensions, and furniture clearances were considered according to daily work, extended meetings, and collaboration requirements to improve comfort and usability.
Project Specifications & Quality Control — Products were manufactured according to approved drawings, material requirements, and sample specifications, with quality inspections covering dimensions, construction, materials, finishes, hardware, upholstery, and packaging.
