The BPTP office in Noida, India, covers approximately 26,781 sq ft and was completed in 2024, with Space Matrix responsible for the design and build. The project incorporates diverse workplace settings, including work areas, meeting spaces, lounges, collaboration zones, and informal gathering areas, creating a flexible environment for work and interaction. Craftell Home provided customized loose furniture according to the functional and spatial requirements of each area, coordinating dimensions, forms, materials, and finishes to maintain a consistent workplace design.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The supply scope covered loose furniture for different functional areas of the BPTP Noida office, including reception areas, workspaces, meeting areas, and lounge and collaboration zones. Furniture such as desks, workstations, office chairs, sofas, lounge chairs, meeting tables and chairs, and coffee tables was customized according to the spatial dimensions, functions, and circulation requirements of each area, supporting workplace efficiency, interaction, and flexibility.
Note: The project focused on creating a flexible workplace through loose furniture solutions across reception, work, meeting, lounge, and collaboration areas. Customized furniture configurations supported both formal work and informal interaction while maintaining a cohesive overall office environment.

The project required customized loose furniture for different workplace and public areas. Furniture dimensions, configurations, materials, construction, and finishes were coordinated according to the spatial conditions and usage requirements of the reception, workplace, meeting, and lounge and collaboration areas, supporting flexible work and team interaction while maintaining a consistent overall design.
Reception Area Furniture — Sofas, lounge chairs, and coffee tables were configured for visitor reception and waiting areas, balancing corporate presentation and comfort.
Workplace Furniture Customization — Desks, workstations, and office chairs were customized according to workplace layouts and user requirements to improve space efficiency and productivity.
Meeting Area Furniture — Meeting tables, chairs, and related furniture were configured according to the dimensions and functions of different meeting spaces, supporting formal meetings and team discussions.
Lounge & Collaboration Areas — Sofas, lounge chairs, and coffee tables were provided for informal interaction and team collaboration, creating flexible and comfortable social spaces.
Material & Finish Coordination — Materials, colors, finishes, and forms were coordinated across furniture categories to create visual consistency throughout the workplace.
Project Specifications & Quality Control — Products were manufactured according to approved drawings, material requirements, and sample specifications, with quality inspections covering dimensions, construction, materials, finishes, hardware, upholstery, and packaging.
