This project is a 20,100 sq ft luxury private penthouse apartment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was developed around the overall residential requirements of a high-end private residence, with custom furniture and complementary FF&E products supplied for the main living and private spaces.
Project Overview
The project required an integrated product configuration suited to the scale and multifunctional requirements of a large penthouse residence. Furniture and complementary products were customized and coordinated according to space dimensions, functional requirements, and interior design specifications, maintaining consistency in proportions, materials, and detailing across different areas.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The project was supplied as an integrated FF&E package covering the main residential areas and complementary interior products. The supply scope included furniture for living, dining, and bedroom areas, together with mattresses, custom rugs, decorative lighting, artwork, and interior decorative accessories, creating a coordinated furniture and interior product package for the residence.
Note: All furniture is tailored to the spatial conditions, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and long-term performance, and remaining consistent with the overall interior design concept.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The project required a coordinated furniture and FF&E package for a 20,100 sq ft private penthouse apartment, with a focus on space planning, functional requirements, material coordination, and overall interior consistency.
Customized Furniture Development — Furniture dimensions, proportions, structures, and detailing were developed according to the requirements of different residential spaces.
Space-Specific Configuration — Living, dining, bedroom, and other functional areas were configured according to their individual layouts, dimensions, and usage requirements.
Material & Finish Coordination — Wood finishes, upholstery, metal details, and other selected finishes were coordinated with the overall interior design concept.
Integrated FF&E Coordination — Mattresses, custom rugs, decorative lighting, artwork, and interior decorative accessories were coordinated with the furniture package to maintain a cohesive interior.
Detail & Quality Control — Products were manufactured according to approved dimensions, materials, finishes, and technical specifications, with quality control throughout production.
