Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo - Panama City
We supplied custom hotel furniture and cabinetry for Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo – Panama City. Through bespoke design, refined craftsmanship and professional delivery, we brought together French elegance, Panamanian heritage and waterfront resort comfort to create a hotel environment that balances timeless character with contemporary luxury.
Project Overview
Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo – Panama City is situated on the waterfront of the historic Casco Viejo district. Restored from the former Union Club building, originally constructed in 1917, the hotel brings together French elegance, Panamanian culture and contemporary luxury within a distinctive setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The hotel features 159 guestrooms and suites. Craftell Home supplied custom furniture for its guestrooms, suites, restaurants and bars, with each product developed according to the design character, functional requirements and coastal conditions of the different spaces. From furniture profiles and material combinations to structural details and finishes, every piece was designed to maintain visual consistency while supporting guest comfort, commercial-grade durability and ease of daily cleaning and maintenance.
Project Scope & Product Supply
Note: All furniture and cabinetry for the guestrooms, suites, restaurants and bars was custom-developed according to the Sofitel Legend project drawings, design requirements and approved materials. To suit Panama’s tropical waterfront environment, the products incorporated moisture-resistant finishes, stable construction and corrosion-resistant hardware, while coordinating with the hotel’s French elegance, Panamanian character and historic architecture.
