Project Overview
Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Bao'an is located in Songgang, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with 259 guestrooms and suites across floors 20 to 29. The hotel includes Pavilion all-day dining, a front desk and lobby, meeting rooms, and a Grand Ballroom serving accommodation, dining, business, and event functions.
Project Scope & Product Supply
Craftell Home provided customized furniture solutions for guestrooms, suites, the front desk and lobby, restaurant, and meeting and banquet spaces. Furniture dimensions, materials, forms, construction, and finishes were coordinated according to the functional requirements of each area and its specific hospitality, dining, or event use.
Note: The project covered a range of hotel environments, including guestrooms, dining areas, lobby spaces, and meeting and banquet venues. Materials, upholstery, finishes, and construction details were selected with consideration for frequent use, easy maintenance, wear resistance, stain resistance, and long-term durability, while maintaining a consistent material and finish language across the hotel.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
Furniture was customized in terms of dimensions, materials, construction, upholstery, and finishes to meet the requirements of different hotel areas, balancing guest comfort, functionality, and durability.
Material & Finish Coordination — Timber, metal, upholstery, and surface finishes were coordinated according to the design requirements of guestrooms, lobby, restaurant, and event spaces.
Customized Dimensions & Spatial Fit — Furniture dimensions and proportions were adjusted according to spatial layouts, circulation, and functional requirements.
Guestroom Furniture Customization — Bed frames, bedside tables, sofas, lounge chairs, and storage furniture were customized to suit the layouts and requirements of guestrooms and suites.
Public Area Furniture Customization — Front desk, lobby, and lounge furniture was coordinated in terms of form, proportion, and materials according to the spatial design and functional requirements.
Dining & Banquet Furniture Optimization — Restaurant, meeting, and banquet furniture was adapted for frequent use and different event configurations, with attention to dimensions, construction, and durability.
Structural & Manufacturing Optimization — Internal construction, connection methods, upholstery craftsmanship, and manufacturing details were refined to support long-term hotel use and overall furniture stability.
