DAMAC Residences
Craftell Home provided a coordinated custom furniture and complementary furnishing solution for a DAMAC residence in Dubai, developed around the residential layout, functional requirements, and overall interior direction. Furniture, mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting were coordinated to create a cohesive and complete residential furnishing scheme.
Project Overview
DAMAC Residence is located in Dubai and covers approximately 3,400 sq ft. The project focused on coordinating furniture and complementary products across the main residential areas, including the living room, dining room, and bedrooms, while maintaining appropriate proportions and functional relationships throughout the residence.
Based on the actual layout and usage requirements, Craftell Home supplied custom living room furniture, dining room furniture, and bedroom furniture, together with mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting. The different product categories were coordinated in terms of dimensions, materials, colors, and detailing to maintain a consistent design relationship throughout the residence.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The project was developed around the residential living spaces, covering living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture together with mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting. Furniture was customized according to the dimensions and functions of each area, while rugs and lighting were coordinated with the furniture layout, spatial proportions, and interior atmosphere to create a complete residential furnishing solution.
Note: All furniture is tailored to the spatial conditions, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and long-term performance, and remaining consistent with the overall interior design concept.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The project required a consistent furniture configuration and visual relationship across different residential areas. Craftell Home coordinated furniture dimensions, materials, finishes, rugs, and lighting according to the spatial proportions, functional requirements, and overall design direction of the residence, creating a cohesive relationship between the different product categories.
