The project features a contemporary luxury aesthetic defined by soft neutral tones, natural wood finishes, stone surfaces, and refined metal details.
Based on the design and functional requirements of each area, Craftell Home provided coordinated furniture, fixed interiors, and complementary FF&E solutions for the guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, lobby, restaurants, bars, banquet spaces, and outdoor leisure and dining areas.
The coordinated supply approach maintains consistency in design, materials, craftsmanship, and functionality throughout the hotel, contributing to a refined and comfortable five-star hospitality environment.

Coordinated furniture, fixed interiors and complementary FF&E supplied across the hotel project.
Note: All furniture, fixed interiors, sleep-system products, outdoor furniture and decorative lighting were custom-developed according to the approved St. Regis project drawings, material specifications and samples. Products for exposed coastal areas incorporated moisture-resistant construction, corrosion-resistant hardware and protective finishes suited to Palm Jumeirah’s waterfront environment.
Design Requirements & Tailored Solutions
As a five-star waterfront luxury hotel on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm required a furniture solution that balanced contemporary luxury, guest comfort and durability for a coastal environment. Craftell Home provided an integrated custom solution covering loose furniture, fixed furniture, sleep systems, outdoor furniture and decorative lighting, using coordinated materials, colours and refined details to reflect the elegant character of the St. Regis brand.
Contemporary Luxury Aesthetic — Soft neutral tones, natural stone, warm wood textures, refined metal finishes and dimensional upholstery create a coordinated and layered interior language.
Coordinated Loose and Fixed Furniture — Bed bases, bedside tables, desks, seating, sofas, wardrobes, minibar cabinets and bathroom vanities were coordinated in dimensions, materials and finishes.
Guestroom Comfort and Sleep Systems — Ergonomic seating, high-density upholstery, hotel-grade mattresses, bed bases and coordinated bedding enhance comfort and the overall guest experience in guestrooms and suites.
Integrated Decorative Lighting — Chandeliers, wall lights, table lamps and floor lamps were coordinated in form, dimensions, materials and finishes according to the design and lighting requirements of each space.
Waterfront Outdoor Furniture Solutions — Furniture for pool and terrace areas incorporated structures, fabrics, finishes and hardware suited to outdoor conditions, with attention to UV resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
Project Specifications and Quality Control — Products were manufactured according to project drawings, approved samples and material specifications, with inspections covering dimensions, construction, finishes, upholstery, functionality and final packaging.
