Project Overview
Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place is a four-star hotel located in the heart of Brussels, Belgium, close to the historic Grand Place and the Brussels Stock Exchange. The hotel combines contemporary design, local character and the convenience required by business and leisure travellers.
The hotel features 222 guestrooms and suites. Craftell Home provided custom furniture for its guestrooms and suites, developed according to the layouts, functional requirements and interior design of the different room types. Furniture proportions, material combinations, construction details and finishes were carefully coordinated to balance guest comfort, commercial-grade durability and ease of daily cleaning and maintenance.

Craftell Home provided a complete custom furniture solution for the guestrooms and suites at Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place. The supply scope included loose furniture, guestroom cabinetry, bathroom vanities, TV feature walls and decorative wall panels. All products were custom-developed according to the project’s requirements for durability, comfort, functionality, daily maintenance and fire safety.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The furniture solution for Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place was developed around the positioning of a contemporary city hotel. Based on the layouts, functional needs and material requirements of the different guestrooms and suites, Craftell Home developed loose furniture, guestroom cabinetry, bathroom vanities and custom wall panels to maintain design consistency while supporting comfort, durability and daily hotel operations.
Contemporary Urban Aesthetic — Natural wood textures, neutral tones, metal details and clean profiles create a modern and welcoming guestroom environment that complements the character of Brussels.
Customised Configurations for Different Room Types — The dimensions and configurations of bed bases, bedside tables, desks, seating and storage furniture were adjusted for standard rooms, studio rooms and suites.
Coordination of Furniture and Fixed Interiors — Materials, colours and details were coordinated across loose furniture, wardrobes, minibar units, kitchenette cabinetry, bathroom vanities, TV feature walls and decorative wall panels.
Comfort and Practical Functionality — Seating proportions, cushioning, desk heights and furniture layouts were developed to support relaxation, working, dining, storage and everyday convenience.
Commercial-Grade Durability and Easy Maintenance — Furniture structures, connections, hardware, finishes and upholstery materials were considered for stability, wear resistance and ease of cleaning in a high-frequency hotel environment.
Project Specifications and Safety Requirements — Production was carried out according to approved materials, samples and technical specifications, with attention to the relevant fire-safety, product-safety and quality-inspection requirements.
