Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
This large private villa follows a contemporary minimalist and coastal luxury design direction, combining off-white, light grey, warm timber and dark finishes with natural stone, soft textiles and refined metal details. Craftell Home coordinated the custom furniture, mattresses, rugs, decorative lighting, artwork and interior decorative accessories according to the scale, function and interior design of each space.
Large-Scale Spaces and Furniture Proportions — Double-height volumes, expansive public areas and floor-to-ceiling glazing required furniture with dimensions and visual weight appropriate to the architectural scale. Large modular sofas, lounge chairs, coffee tables and extended dining tables were configured to suit the proportions of each area while maintaining clear circulation.
Contemporary Coastal Residential Aesthetic — Clean lines, rounded silhouettes and a low-saturation colour palette allow the furniture to complement the bright interiors and open views. Off-white and light grey form the primary palette, while olive green, warm brown and dark accents introduce controlled contrast.
Layered Living-Room Furniture Arrangements — The different living rooms and lounge areas combine modular sofas, curved seating, occasional chairs, ottomans and coffee tables in multiple sizes. Each arrangement was adapted to socializing, relaxation and viewing requirements, allowing the individual zones to remain functional while connecting naturally with the wider interior.
Dining Furniture and Material Coordination — Large natural-stone dining tables are paired with fully upholstered dining chairs to support formal entertaining and larger gatherings. The stone patterns, upholstery colours, fabrics, metal accents and timber details were coordinated with the surrounding architectural finishes, adding texture and visual depth.
Bedroom Comfort Systems — The bedroom furniture was developed around simplicity, privacy and comfort. Bed frames, bedside tables, benches, lounge chairs and mattresses were selected according to the dimensions and functional requirements of each room. The mattresses were coordinated with the required comfort and support levels to create restful sleeping environments.
Integrated Lighting, Rugs and Art Décor — Sculptural chandeliers, linear lighting and decorative wall lights were coordinated with the furniture layouts and ceiling heights. Custom rugs define the living, dining and bedroom zones, while artwork and interior decorative accessories were selected according to the wall dimensions, furniture proportions and overall colour palette, creating a consistent visual identity throughout the residence.
