Delvaux Dubai Flagship Store
Craftell Home provided customized millwork and retail furniture for the Delvaux Dubai Flagship Store, supporting luxury product display, customer reception, and VIP lounge areas.
Project Overview
Located on Fashion Avenue at The Dubai Mall, the Delvaux Dubai Flagship Store is an important UAE location for the Belgian luxury leather goods house. The interior combines Delvaux’s heritage of fine leather craftsmanship with a contemporary luxury retail environment, incorporating bespoke display systems, joinery, stone, and metal details. Craftell Home provided customized millwork, retail display furniture, display cabinets, and lounge furniture according to the design requirements of different areas within the store.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The supply scope covered custom millwork and loose furniture for retail display and customer lounge areas, including display cabinets, merchandising furniture, display systems, lounge furniture, and supporting custom pieces. Dimensions, construction, materials, and finishes were customized according to the store layout, brand presentation requirements, and overall interior design, ensuring consistency with the luxury retail environment and Delvaux’s brand identity.
Note: The project focused on luxury retail presentation, with particular attention to the coordination of furniture, brand environment, product display, and customer experience. Customized millwork and loose furniture were integrated to support product presentation, customer reception, and VIP lounge functions.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
As a flagship store for a luxury leather goods brand, the project required the interior to support product presentation, brand expression, customer reception, and VIP experiences. Craftell Home customized the millwork, display furniture, and lounge furniture according to the store layout and design requirements, with close coordination of dimensions, construction, materials, and finishes.
Customized Luxury Display Systems — Display cabinets, merchandising units, and shelving were developed for handbags, leather goods, and accessories. Internal layouts, dimensions, and display proportions were customized according to different product sizes and presentation requirements.
High-Precision Custom Millwork — Custom cabinetry and joinery systems were manufactured according to the dimensions of walls, columns, and display areas. Particular attention was given to panel joints, corners, edges, door panels, and transitions between millwork and the surrounding architecture.
VIP Lounge Furniture — Sofas, lounge chairs, coffee tables, and side tables were configured for premium customer reception. Furniture dimensions, seating proportions, and layouts were coordinated to create a comfortable and relatively private VIP environment.
Spatial & Circulation Coordination — Furniture dimensions and positioning were adjusted according to the relationships between entrances, primary display areas, customer circulation routes, and lounge spaces, maintaining both effective product presentation and comfortable movement throughout the store.
Material & Brand Coordination — Wood, metal, stone, and other materials were selected and coordinated according to Delvaux’s luxury positioning and the interior design concept. Colors, textures, and surface finishes were carefully coordinated to create a consistent visual language.
Detail Finishing & Quality Control — Particular attention was given to panel joints, edges, hardware installation, surface finishing, and overall assembly precision. These details were carefully controlled to meet the high-quality requirements of a luxury retail environment.
