Project Scope & Product Supply
Customized outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, armchairs, sofas, coffee tables, bar stools, and parasols. Manufacturing included metal frames, outdoor rope weaving, outdoor upholstery, and weather-resistant finishes, with UV-resistant outdoor fabrics, quick-dry foam, and materials suitable for outdoor environments selected according to product requirements. Furniture dimensions, materials, colors, construction, and detailing were customized for the seasonal outdoor conditions of New Jersey, with particular attention to UV resistance, weather resistance, quick drying, wear resistance, easy maintenance, and long-term outdoor performance.
Note: As an outdoor residential project in New Jersey, the furniture needed to accommodate seasonal changes in temperature, sunlight, and moisture. Materials, fabrics, cushioning, and finishes were selected with emphasis on UV resistance, weather resistance, moisture resistance, quick-drying performance, wear resistance, and easy maintenance for comfortable and durable outdoor use.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The outdoor furniture package was planned around the scale and intended use of different areas within the residence. Individual pieces and furniture groupings were customized to work together as a complete package, with consistent proportions, forms, and detailing across the Aimu, Sky, and Diva collections. This created a coordinated furniture setting across different outdoor spaces.
UV-Resistant Outdoor Fabrics — UV-resistant fabrics were selected to help minimize fading and material aging under prolonged sun exposure.
Quick-Dry Foam & Cushioning — Quick-dry foam and suitable internal construction were used for upholstered outdoor furniture to improve drainage and drying after exposure to moisture.
Weather-Resistant Materials & Construction — Outdoor-grade metals, rope weaving, and other suitable materials were selected, with structural details optimized for outdoor conditions.
Weather-Resistant Finishes — Appropriate finishes were applied to exposed metal and other components to improve resistance to moisture, corrosion, and long-term outdoor use.
Customized Dimensions & Function — Furniture dimensions and proportions were adjusted to suit the layout of the residential outdoor spaces, improving comfort and space utilization.
Integrated Parasol Solution — Parasol dimensions, fabrics, and structural details were coordinated with the furniture package to provide effective shade while maintaining functional and visual consistency.
