New York Private Residence
A private apartment in New York where custom furniture, decorative lighting, rugs, and curated artwork bring together the residence’s original classical architectural details and a refined contemporary lifestyle.
Project Overview
This approximately 2,070-square-foot private apartment follows a contemporary-classic design direction. Original architectural features—including decorative mouldings, arched openings, feature fireplaces, and tall windows—are balanced with soft neutral tones, dark wood, black metal details, and carefully selected artistic accents.
Craftell Home coordinated the furniture proportions, upholstery, finishes, lighting, rugs, and decorative elements according to the dimensions and functional requirements of the living room, dining area, and bedrooms. The coordinated supply creates a consistent material and colour relationship throughout the residence while supporting comfort, functionality, and visual continuity.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The supply scope covers custom loose furniture for the living room, dining area, and bedrooms, together with mattresses, custom rugs, decorative lighting, artwork, and interior decorative accessories. Each item was coordinated according to the apartment’s spatial proportions, functional requirements, and overall design direction to maintain consistency across dimensions, materials, colours, and finishes.
Note: All furniture is tailored to the spatial conditions, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and long-term performance, and remaining consistent with the overall interior design concept.
