Harbour View Apartments
Craftell Home provided a coordinated custom furniture and complementary furnishing solution for Harbor View Apartment in Dubai, developed around the scale, lifestyle requirements, and interior design direction of the large residential space. The furniture, mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting were coordinated to create a cohesive and complete residential furnishing scheme.
Project Overview
Harbor View Apartment is a residential project in Dubai covering approximately 5,200 sq ft. The larger floor area allows for more flexible furniture planning across the living, dining, bedroom, and other residential spaces, while requiring careful consideration of furniture proportions, dimensions, and overall coordination.
Based on the spatial layout and residential requirements, Craftell Home supplied custom living room furniture, dining room furniture, and bedroom furniture, together with mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting. The different product categories were coordinated around spatial proportions, functionality, materials, and colors to maintain a consistent relationship between the main furniture and complementary furnishing elements throughout the apartment.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The project was developed as a coordinated furnishing package for a large residential environment, covering living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture together with mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting. Furniture dimensions and configurations were developed according to the requirements of each space, while rugs and lighting were coordinated with the furniture layout and interior atmosphere to create a complete residential supply solution.
Note: All furniture is tailored to the spatial conditions, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and long-term performance, and remaining consistent with the overall interior design concept.
Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The project required a cohesive and well-balanced furnishing scheme across a large residential interior. Craftell Home coordinated furniture dimensions, materials, finishes, and complementary products according to the proportions and functions of each area, ensuring that the furniture, rugs, and lighting maintained a consistent design language while supporting everyday residential use.
Large-Space Proportions — Furniture dimensions and proportions were developed according to the scale of the 5,200 sq ft residence, avoiding an overly fragmented arrangement within the larger spaces.
Multi-Functional Living Areas — Furniture was configured according to the functions of the living room, dining room, bedroom, and other residential areas while maintaining continuity throughout the apartment.
Furniture Dimensions & Layout — Furniture dimensions, quantities, and placement were coordinated with the floor plan, circulation routes, activity areas, and architectural scale.
Materials & Finishes — Wood, metal, upholstery, and other surface materials were coordinated according to the overall interior direction to create consistency across different furniture pieces.
Rug & Lighting Coordination — Custom rugs and decorative lighting were integrated with the furniture layout and spatial proportions to enhance the visual hierarchy of the living, dining, and bedroom areas.
Complete Residential Package — The supply extended from furniture to mattresses, custom rugs, and decorative lighting, reducing coordination between multiple product categories and creating a more complete residential furnishing package.
