Project Overview
The WJID Design Headquarters is located in Shanghai, China, occupying approximately 2,000 square meters and designed by the WJID Design team. Centered on design work and creative collaboration, the office incorporates open workspaces, meeting areas, lounge and discussion spaces, and display areas to create a workplace that balances operational efficiency with a strong design character. Craftell Home provided customized FF&E solutions including fixed furniture, office furniture, artwork, and decorative lighting, with materials, proportions, and overall detailing coordinated to complement the design of each space.
Project Scope & Product Supply
The supply scope covered fixed furniture, office furniture, artwork, and decorative lighting for different workplace and shared areas within the design headquarters. Products were customized according to the spatial dimensions, functional requirements, and overall design concept of each area, with materials, colors, finishes, forms, and dimensions coordinated to create a cohesive FF&E solution.

Design Requirements & Customized Solutions
The project focused on the workplace, creative collaboration, and display requirements of the design headquarters, with an integrated customized solution covering fixed furniture, office furniture, artwork, and decorative lighting. Furniture forms, materials, finishes, artwork, and lighting were coordinated according to the function, scale, and design language of each area, supporting daily office use while reinforcing the professional identity and distinctive character of the design studio.
Customized Fixed Furniture — Fixed cabinets, display elements, and custom millwork were developed according to spatial dimensions and design drawings, ensuring that proportions, construction, and detailing were integrated with the architecture.
Office Furniture Configuration — Office furniture was configured for daily work, meetings, and team collaboration, with dimensions and arrangements adjusted to suit the layout and functional requirements of different areas.
Artwork Integration — Artwork was coordinated with the overall interior design and display requirements, creating visual connections between art elements, furniture, walls, and shared spaces.
